M6 LASER THERAPY

M6 Laser Therapy

M6 – Robotic MLS Therapy Laser

We now have the M6 Robotic MLS Therapy laser, which is designed to treat patients and perform automatic applications for a wide range of pathologies. This robotized device features an innovative multi-target function that allows for a wide area to be treated instantaneously, resulting in the immediate response of treated tissues. This means better and faster results than are possible with traditional laser therapy products.

MLS® Therapy Lasers

The Multiwave Locked System (MLS) emission precisely synchronizes simultaneous dual wavelengths, as well as simultaneous continuous and pulsed emissions, resulting in optimum clinical effectiveness. The MLS emission provides more efficient biostimulatory results, with less energy, in considerably reduced times compared to traditional laser therapy.

MLS Laser Therapy is quickly becoming the standard of care for alleviating pain, reducing inflammation, and speeding recovery. This Class IV, patented, FDA-cleared technology is the most advanced laser therapy system available.

Why MLS®?

The innovative and patented Multiwave Locked System (MLS) Therapy Laser was developed to produce efficient and simultaneous effects on pain, inflammation, and edema, exceeding the limits of traditional LLLT (low power) and concerns of HP (high power) laser therapy. MLS technology delivers therapeutic wavelengths, 808nm (anti-edemic and anti-inflammatory) and 905nm (analgesic), allowing a tissue penetration depth of 3-4 cm. An energetic synergy is created when delivering these wavelengths that produces greater anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects than either can produce on its own, while minimizing the risk of thermal damage. It is this unique combination and synchronization of continuous and pulsed emissions that characterizes MLS and distinguishes it from other Class IV lasers.

Unlike early-generation Class IV technology, MLS Laser Therapy has the capability to deliver controlled laser energy. This unique feature provides a more accurate therapeutic dose delivery, which means consistent and repeatable results.

With high levels of efficacy, safety, and consistency, MLS Laser Therapy can help physicians relieve pain and restore lives, while rewarding their practice financially.

Laser Therapy Overview

There are many types of lasers, each with its own characteristics which result in different effects. These characteristics include:

• Energy: measured in joules
• Time: Defined as the duration of irradiance of target tissue and is measured in seconds. It is also known as Impulse Duration or called “impulse width”.
• Wavelength: Penetration depth is directed by the laser emission wavelength and the type of tissue (chromophores).
• Frequency: Defined as the number of impulses emitted during the unit of time (1 second) and should reflect the condition treated.
• Power: the rate at which energy is delivered and is measured in watts.
• Fluence: Energy Density or Dose
• Irradiance (Also known as Power Density): Power delivered per unit area
• Emission Mode: Continuous Wave (CW) or Pulsed Wave (PW)
• Impulse Duration: Duration of laser emission, also called “impulse width”.

Using light to favor and accelerate the body’s natural healing processes, the laser beam is moved over the skin, allowing the light energy to penetrate the tissue where it interacts with various molecules, causing different photochemical, photothermal, and photomechanical effects.

Physician Testimonials

“What we’re finding is that 90% of our patients are achieving almost 90% relief of their symptoms, which is unheard of. It is the very latest in medical technology, and we are proud to offer our patients something no one else can.”

Ronald S. Lederman, MD - Center for Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy

“If we can avoid a medication, have a laser treatment that’s non-invasive, no side effects, very limited contraindications … then why not try when the results we’ve been getting are 90% plus?”

Mark Kwartowitz, DO - Center for Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy

“Without a doubt, the MLS laser has been transformational in our approach to diabetic polyneuropathy and related nerve issues … The traditional treatment of medicine and surgery has now been enhanced with an alternative that is pain-free, easy to use for both the patient and the doctor, and is devoid of side effects.”

Richard P. Jacoby, DPM - Valley Foot Surgeons & Laser Center

“It’s benefitted our patients because it requires less time for the healing process. And to me, that’s what it’s all about: getting them better as fast as possible and having confidence as a doctor that you’ll improve their quality of life. I had one patient who had five failed back surgeries, and now he looks like he never had pain.”

Andy Barlow, DC, DACNB, FACFN – Chiropractic Neurology Center of Tupelo
